Yes. It has happened. I have actually made a comic.

It’s filler really and though I should be leveling, I felt I had to express my feelings about how beautiful the landscape of Pandaria can be.

I also just started playing now, I’m only at 87, so be kind.

I tried so hard to not reach this point.

I have to go on indefinite hiatus. I wanted to keep the TOTW running, or at least the illusion, albeit terrible illusion, of the TOTW running, but I just can’t update without a computer. I simply don’t have one.

This doesn’t mean goodbye, it just means that I won’t be updating for a while longer. I will never take down the site and feel free to e-mail me as much as you want. I also have every intention of finishing this story and others, just so you know…

Woah… It’s been a long time. Yes, I am still alive, but apparently am getting other people to draw my comic. This was a little diddy by Solstia. Thank you Sols! She has hidden artistic talent!

It’s been an entire “summer vacation”. Well, that’s at least what kids would call it…

Here’s the truth. My computer died and I don’t have the money to buy a new one. I never realized how much I missed my TotW until I used my iPad to view it. I will continue as soon as I get a replacement. I love you guys!

Okay so, as of 4 days ago, “The Meet the Guild” story arc is two years old. Something that should have been a few weeks has extended more than the life of all the rest of my comic.

I’ve received a couple of…not too friendly e-mails about it.

Little did Xandie know, that tambourine was a magical morphin’ tambourine… oh wait, different show. Really though, I don’t get why Xandie and Aza didn’t like the band costumes. They’ll be the most original band out there! Yup, it’s never ever been done before. And look at that band name! “Solstia and the Meow Meows”? GENIUS! I mean, what else could a girl ask for other than a cool, original band outfit and an awesome name to go with it? Hmm…

Is it April Fools again?! My… how a year passes… Yes you were “April Fooled”. Josie and the Pussycats if you didn’t notice. Part of growing up, I read a lot of Sonic the Hedgehog comics. Little did I know when I started reading that they were done by Archie Comics. I read Archie a lot while I waited for the next “Sonic Comic”, but in boredom moved on to “Betty and Veronica”, then “Jughead’s Double Digest” and then digging into my parents’ stash of “Josie and the Pussycats”.

So there you have it. I promise you I don’t have anything planned for next year…………………….

So. The Spear-Danes in days gone by and the kings who ruled them had courage and greatness.

Wait that’s not right, but actually pretty cool. Anyway, I’m going on vacation. Yes, I’m going to the hottest party spot in North America. Yes, you guessed it, Detroit!

We’ll drive to Chicago…eventually, but I’m not bringing my computer with me, so the comic that is almost done waiting on my desktop will have to endure a week long vacation negligence.

I am bringing my iPad, so I won’t be completely retreated from technology, but I plan to use it at a minimum. If it’s a true medical emergency, please call 911, or if in Canada it’s 272 I hear maybe perhaps.

I’ll get you guys some pictures of the Tombstone of the American Dream. That and MoTown.

*SPOILER ALERT*

Though I don’t really think it’s all too much of a spoiler, I would like to talk about some weapons. Aza, Xandie and Sols have weapons that they will receive. Epic weapons. They aren’t in the game or anything, I take pleasure in making stories for the weapons, though I’m only finished with the design for two of them (there are actually four…I’m excluding Solstia’s shield because it’s not really a weapon, and yes I know you can hit people with it, but you can hit anybody with practically anything).

The Alignment of Causality – Azarizotza will receive a staff named The Alignment of Causality. The pocket watch that Aza’s father gave her is just a “magically folded” form of the staff. The Alignment of Causality consists of 13 hourglasses (6 convex and 7 concave) stacked on top of one another. In the center of the staff is the pocket watch, open-faced. The cool thing about this staff is that the sands flow at different rates between the hourglasses, so they are almost never in sync. However, every so often, if you balance it right, you’ll have the same exact amount of sand in each glass. This causes time to warp and slow down around her.

The Tail of the Phoenix and The Mind of the Phoenix – Solstia was given a sword and shield by General Gushma, she just hasn’t realized it yet. What she doesn’t know was that her father was a great engineer among the High Elves and was a Paladin (quite rare actually). Quelystra has had the mace as long as she could remember, but frequently uses it as an engineering tool. Constantly looking for ways to “engineer” the powers of The Light, he eventually crafted a sword and mace efficiently engineered from the powers of The Light. He was swept away in a vision and was told his two daughters would be the ones to wield the creations. The one who would hold The Mind of the Phoenix would serve as the Judgement of the Light, the one who would hold The Tail of the Phoenix would serve as the Wrath of the Light. The rest is history…or untold story…

The Guiding Reflex – As a note here, it’s near impossible to come up with stuff involving Xandaria, mostly because the player of her character is my wife. I design her sexy, she insists she doesn’t want to look like a piece of meat, I design her conservatively and she’s like “It wouldn’t hurt to show some midriff! Do you even find me sexy anymore?” Now, she demanded that her weapon looked like a Reflex Hammer because that’s what doctors use… I seriously could not find a way to make this work, except if it was a Giant Kodo Tooth strapped to one of its bones. That’s exactly what it is. Yup…
