EDIT: On a side note, this comic actually solidifies how I feel about Arcane magic. I always felt that Azarizotza was more of a theorist than say a “Battle-Mage”, so approaches it from a more scientific and mathematical/mechanical perspective. The idea of certain Arcane structures such as portals being, in essence, “built” from sort of mechanical components of other different spells, rather than just being a simple spell was prevalent in my mind. You’ll eventually see that there’s more to this.

No they aren’t holding hands, I tried to illustrate a nervous tick I had for Zarillion of cracking his knuckles with one hand, now that you mention it, it does really look like they are holding hands.
Ama frequently has her hands behind her back…as to say “she doesn’t get her hands dirty”.

I’ve not been play wow much at all. Even since Cata, its just lost its shine for some reason. But, when I do play, I tend to level my alts. I’ve got a moo moo paladin going, a goblin huntard, and my standby druid that I’ve been playing.
What it comes down to is that no matter what the class that I’m leveling is, nothing is as fun or as cool as the mage is/was/will be
It’s not about the “ease” of it, I just guess [smug] people don’t get it [/smug]
You remember those times where Xandie and I just stare at you with blank expressions after a lengthy mathematical or scientific explanation and suddenly one or both of us says, “Woosh!” to symbolize that all of that went over our heads? Yeah this comic? Perfect “Woosh!” moment… =P
Maybe if you guys used variation of parameters every so often you’d get it.
