Added a Links column. Yes there are only 3 but I’m tired and more are to come.
I DID IT!
I got a comic up, despite my crippling stomach-itis. I didn’t think I’d be able to do it as suddenly yesterday, I swallowed some sort of demon or something because my insides burned with the fury of fast food induced heart burn. But it was not heart burn, it was the stomach bug of death. I’m still unable to eat much, and thank the light my fever is gone. I have a new friend. (plus points if you know my new friend’s name!)
Anyway, Ultimus Fan Mail #1. To all you mortals questioning the fact that Fan Mail #1 is coming after Ultimus Fan Mail #2, you are small minded. Ultimus is too badass to deal with your rules. He’ll count whatever way he wants! You got a problem with that? You can rest assured that the next will be #0, and #-1, and so on ad infinitum.
This is what I did before TOTW. I thought my future was in Video. It’s a shame that the expansion announced (Cataclysm) wasn’t as awesome as my fan video. You’ll get a good idea of my Voice.
(Yes I am a Guy if you didn’t know)
working on tomorrow’s comic…..Kinda want to do a 702 Part Story Arch to prove a point. Wow,Eh? is one of my favorites. Anyone who directly or indirectly insults it will burn.
Okay so the Council of Me (Which consists solely of me according to the 2010 Web comic Census which has yet been compiled or completed. Source: Q.Q. Moore, Pawn Age Times 2009 AD) has decided that I will update Uni-Tuesdayily. Before I get violent objections from the absolute nobody that reads this, might I remind you the real Torment of the Week occurs on Tuesday for us WoW players. It’s only right that Tuesday be the day of my ToTW.
Also I’ve had time to read through npccomic.com. I laughed so hard I think I almost had a panic attack. GO THERE IF YOU HAVEN’T ALREADY. Her comics are so true to my life it makes me feel normal. The humor is spot on, at least for me. Could do with the fact that I am in the same 5 mile radius and humor tends to be better understood in closer subcultures (source: U.R. Muttah. Faced Magazine. 3048 AD [YES I HAVE A TIME MACHINE])
Anyway, Tah Tah for now Nobody!
So I’m off school for the last couple of weeks. (I loathe classes. Not in the “Ugh, I hate responsibility and I like eating Cheez-Its all day” but more of the “I’ve outgrown this and I want the rest of my life to start.” But, enough Livejournalness for now.)
I have been drinking just about every day this week. Parties, leftovers from new years, resolutions, Xandie’s parents dropping cases of the stuff on me, Solstia turning 21 and now out to a bar for that. The durability of my liver is probably like 6/100 or something.
Eh but I always have two.
Needless to say this is the inspiration for “Die Responsibly”. I’m not exactly sure if
I’m off for now, I’m being rushed out the door for more drinking…..forgive a drunk post if it happens as I don’t apologize and I don’t retract. I’m not a journalist, I tell it like it is.
Of course if the immediate solution seems logical, it’s going always turn out to be the best.
This comic was actually thought up by me and my college friend before Wrath of the Lich King came out. It was a very funny moment when we realized that two floating bastions were moving to Northrend. It went something like “Imagine if they met each other on the way over….they’d be like ‘WTF FIRE FIRE’”
In other news my comic was mentioned on wow.com for a third time on Amanda Miller’s weekly segment Sunday Morning Funnies. This continues to be a source of continuing inspiration as I spent the past reading from that list of comics, somewhat sappily idolizing them all. Thanks wow.com.
In other other other news from the depths of the darkest shadows on the blackest night on the dark side of the moon, TMDM is choo-choo-chugging along ICC25. We didn’t quite get Festergut down but we killed Stinky!

Something I’m Not..
Oh by the way Happy New Year!
I’d like to take this opportunity to tell the World of Warcraft makers how much I appreciate the world you’ve created. I find it to be extensive, beautiful, exciting, and a continuing source of interest…at least for me.
In other news, I must work on a page and/or script that shows all of my 2 or 3 visitors what web comics are my inspiration. I just haven’t had much time. Unofficially, you need to check out World of Warcraft, eh?. Ms. Kelly is as nice as her art is beautiful and her comics are funny. Additionally, Dark Legacy always makes me laugh…and I want that cat tee-shirt. Both continue to be a source of inspiration and I do feel a little silly linking them as you’re more likely to already know about them if you somehow sifted your way through the bowels of the internet to stumble upon Torment of the Week.
I resolve to be more perfectionist—um–ist—ing(?) maybe?
Happy 2010!
